Many people assume that we only want to hear from candidates when they are actively seeking a new job. This is not the case.

In fact one of the best parts of our job is being able to offer advice and assistance to people when they are at a career crossroads. You know those days when you just simply cannot fathom why you do what you do, and when you have no idea what or where your career is going to turn out like.

We are in a niche industry, which means we don't have thousands of candidates calling us everyday. We can always spare time to discuss your career with you and see if we can shed light on your choices. Often it is just a case of working out what it is you really enjoy doing and finding out what options there are in the market at the time. Sometimes career transitioning can take months, and a call to us at the beginning of the process can help you to focus and possible save yourself time chasing opportunities you will never get.
